How do members access the content once they join?
Members will receive a welcome email with instructions for joining the DIY Bookkeeping Success online community and an overview of the program. Once you sign into the online community, you'll have full access to the membership portal where everything is organized by section for easy navigation, and there's a welcome post to guide you on how to get started.
Do I get access to live support or Q&A?
Yes! As a member, you’re invited to join our monthly co-working sessions with Jennifer. These are great for getting focused time to work on your finances, ask questions, and get real-time support in a relaxed, productive setting. Just helpful accountability and guidance so you’re never tackling your finances alone. Help is also available anytime from other business owners and Eventide staff in the online community.
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
The initial program is a 6-month commitment, and after that you can continue on a monthly basis as a member of the DIY Bookkeeping Alumni Collective to continue accessing the resources, attending co-working sessions and receiving 1:1 support as needed.
What is the cost?
There are two levels of support available in the DIY Bookkeeping Success program - Foundation and Mastery.
➡️ The Foundation level is for business owners who have an understanding of bookkeeping principles and are looking for a refresher and professional oversight to ensure they are doing things properly. This level includes access to all resources, co-working sessions and a quarterly 1:1 review.
➡️ The Mastery level is for business owners who find business finances stressful and want more direct support through monthly 1:1 sessions, in addition to the benefits offered in the Foundation level.
➡️ The DIY Bookkeeping Alumni Collective has different levels of support and pricing, and that information will be shared with members who complete the 6-month initial program.
